Free vaccination campaign against seasonal flu
The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Ain University, Abu Dhabi Campus, organized a free vaccination campaign against seasonal flu in cooperation with Mohamed bin Zayed City Healthcare Center for the academic and administrative staff at AAU.
Al Ain University was keen to implement all precautionary measures during the vaccination campaign and to commit in wearing masks, sterilizing the place, and applying social distancing as part of the measures to prevent Covid-19.
Al-Ain University organizes annually a free vaccination campaign against flu, where the vaccination provides protection against common viruses that cause disease.
The representatives of the Mohammed bin Zayed City Healthcare Center recommended that preventive measures must be taken to prevent and reduce the spread of the flu virus by following simple habits such as; covering mouth and nose when sneezing and coughing, hand washing well and not mixing with people in case of symptoms seen to avoid transmission of infection.
