Refund Policy
This policy pertains to all training programs.
Refunds will be granted according to the following criteria:

| During the first day of conducting the Training Course | 50% of candidate’s full payment |
| After one day of conducting the Training Course | No Refund |
- No refunds will be made for “No Shows” (a “No Show” is a person who registers for a program but who does not cancel registration or attend the program).
- Depending on the program date and when cancellation occurs. Refunds may take up to five to seven business days to process.
- If CEC needs to cancel the program, CEC may elect to offer transfer of registration to another program. Otherwise, full refund will be paid for the applicant.
- Withdrawing from the training course may be made ONLY by phone (026133598 – 026133594) or email (cec@aau.ac.ae) or in person. Please direct inquiries to cec@aau.ac.ae.
